For the best results, aligners should be worn 20 to 22 hours a day, removing them only for eating, drinking, brushing, and flossing.

While you may feel slight pressure or discomfort when switching to a new set of aligners, this is temporary and a sign that your teeth are moving as planned.

You must remove your aligners to eat or drink anything besides water. This prevents staining and damage to the aligners.

Clean your aligners daily with a soft toothbrush and mild soap or Invisalign® cleaning crystals. Avoid hot water, as it can warp the aligners.
